Due
to the additional staffing requirements and complexities, wedding
rates are set separately from group retreats. The following
rates apply for calendar year 2008.
FLAT RATE FEE
Our $7000 per day charge includes:
- location fee for exclusive use of the property
- use of all lodging
facilities
- 3 normal meals per day for 40 people
- use of Julie
Andrews Point
- use of hot tub and pool area
- use of meeting space,
tables, chairs, dishes
Flat Rate terms:
- Two night minimum for
weekend reservations
- Discount of $1500 per
day for Sunday - Thursday weddings
- 7.75% CA Sales
Tax and 9% Occupancy Tax apply to portions of the rate

DAY WEDDINGS
Our day wedding fee is $75 per person with a
minimum $750 charge and includes:
- Use of
the property and meeting space as arranged with the office
- Use of
tables and chairs
- Use of hot tub and pool area
- Coffee, water, and tea
are provided; snacks and meals are available for an additional
charge
Day Wedding terms:
- Normally available
only Sunday - Thursday
- 7.75% CA Sales Tax

PAYMENT, DEPOSIT
& CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum contract is
issued based on your estimated number of participants. Your
contract will be issued with this number. If your estimate
increases, call the office to see if we have additional space and
your contract will be revised. If your numbers decrease, your
minimum contract will still be in effect. Please call the
office to discuss your options.
- 10% is due within 14
days of contract being issued. 30% is due 90 days before
event, 30% due 30 days before event, 30% due on arrival. Final
settlement is due before departure on ending day of event.
- Dates will not be
held without a signed contract.
- Payments are accepted
by cash, check or credit card.
- We guarantee to hold
space only, not specific rooms. Specific meeting space and
times may be designated in the contract if you wish.
- All rates and
requirements are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
All payments and
deposits are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled more than
160 days before start of event, may transfer deposits minus $250
handling fee to new reservation. New reservation must be
within one year.

ENERGY WORK SERVICES
- Massage and Reiki
energy work are offered to you and your participants before or
during your event. Call the office for details and pricing. |
